At Beaunis, we are dedicated to offering premium beauty products and a delightful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the guidelines outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene regulations, we only accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed items in their original condition and packaging.
Products NOT eligible for return:
- Opened, used, or tampered products
- Items without original packaging or protective seals
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items marked as final sale
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to Section 4 below.
2. Return / Changed Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible: Once return is approved the exchange product will be delivered within 2 to 5 days
- Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The return request must be approved by our support team.
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at: support@beaunis.in
- Include the following in your request:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo(s) if applicable (especially for damaged or incorrect items)
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective or faulty
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue by offering:
- A full refund,
- A replacement shipment,
- Or store credit.
We reserve the right to request that the item be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. and the amount will be credit to customer account within 5 – 7 days.
- The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Beaunis error.
You will be notified via email once your return is completed.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible. Please email us at support@beaunis.in as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order.
8. Important Notes
- Items returned without prior approval may be refused or discarded.
- Returns sent after the 7-day window will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. Please use a trackable shipping method.
